Refund and Cancellation Policy

At Taxi Service Varanasi, we aim to provide flexible and customer-friendly travel booking options. Here is our policy regarding booking cancellations and refunds:

1. Booking Cancellation

Cancellations 24 Hours Before Pickup: If you cancel your booking at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time, you will receive a full 100% refund of any advance paid.
Cancellations 12-24 Hours Before Pickup: Cancellations made between 12 and 24 hours before the pickup time are eligible for a 50% refund.
Cancellations Less Than 12 Hours: No refunds will be provided for cancellations made within 12 hours of the scheduled pickup time.

2. No-Show Policy

If you fail to show up at the scheduled pickup time and location without informing us, it will be treated as a no-show, and no refund will be issued.

3. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days and credited back to the original payment source (Bank Account, UPI, or Card).
